A place in the heart of Tucson, a community landmark: A dependable spot for quick coffee and breakfast in the early mornings; An office for the local professional or busy student during the warm afternoon hours; A late night date spot for couples to sip Italian sodas and share an artisan pizza on an outdoor patio aglow with twinkle lights. We seek to create an atmosphere equally as enticing as the fresh, delicious food and beverage served within it. Offering organic and local dishes whenever possible, this is a business that works with the community it’s in; an ethic our customers can be proud of. Variety in the menu won’t mean high costs. It will mean that people who eat vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and kosher can all find something they like, without the business directly catering to any single diet type.
Our vision includes a five-zone shift throughout the day. First, a bustling breakfast service from 7:00 – 11:00AM, when customers will order drinks and paninis to-go from the counter. Second, from 11:00 – 2:00PM, is lunch, a time for patrons to relax and dine-in. Third, from 2:00 – 4:00PM, we become a study spot with special discounts for students who provide their University ID. Next, a happy hour from 4:00 – 6:00PM will boast drink and smaller-portioned food specials for splitting. Finally, the day ends with affordable-yet-luxurious artisan pizzas for dinner, hot out of a wood-fired oven. The menu is an ever-changing chalk board with permanent dishes, as well as seasonal rotations, and is designed to allow ingredients to be multi-use in various dishes in order to keep costs low.
